This is a high quality example of a classic opera length Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl necklace.

The pearls are 6.25-6.75mm. They are round with fantastic luster, bright rosy pink overtones and a light amount of natural blemishes. They are white in color. 

Clasp is fishhook style with filigree and milgrain. It is in solid white gold is stamped "14K". Total length is 32.50 inches. From the 1950's-1980's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
